About: Come out and participate in Day of Unity with AHRC! We will be doing free HIV testing throughout the day in our Mobile Health Unit, as well as giving out condoms and sex education! We are proud to be partnering with Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness and other Atlanta organizations!

Event on Friday July 25th: National African American Hepatitis C Action Day
Where & When: @ 336 Joseph E Lowery Blvd NW | Atlanta, GA from 11:00am-4:00pm
About: AHRC is partnering with Recovery Consultants in order to bring greater awareness to viral Hepatitis. Recovery Consultants will be offering free Hep C testing, coupled with AHRC’s Hep C educational seminar. Free HIV Testing services will also be provided.
Event on Friday, August 22nd: HIV Testing at the University Barbershop
Where & When: University Barbershop 3 James P. Brawley Street | Atlanta, GA 30314 from 2:00pm-6:00pm
About: AHRC is partnering up with the University Barbershop and HOT 107.9 in order bring about awareness about HIV education and status. The University Barbershop will be offering $10 haircuts and AHRC will provide free HIV testing/education services. HOT 107.9 will be the special guest at the event! See flyer below. **Note: appointments and hair designs are regular price.
